I completed two weeks of waiter training from here, during this two weeks of waiter training I gained the skills and confidence to work in any restaurant. The experience was incredibly valuable, and I can’t recommend a better place for anyone looking to become a waiter. I recently completed a 1-month Continental Cuisine course, and it was an excellent experience. The training was well-structured and practical, covering essential techniques like sauces, soups, salads, pasta, grills, and plating styles. The instructors were very knowledgeable and supportive, always guiding us step-by-step and helping us improve day by day. The kitchen environment was professional, and we got plenty of hands-on practice, which really boosted my confidence. I learned proper knife skills, food safety, and how to prepare classic Continental dishes with good presentation. Overall, this course was very helpful for building my cooking skills and preparing for a career in the culinary field. Me and my partner approached IHTS from Melbourne, Australia as we needed to learn specific recipes to start our new restaurant in the city. Balram sir promptly responded and created a tailored course for us. We were taught by Swatantra sir, who had great depth of knowledge and skills in Nepali and newari cuisine and was very patient with us learning thoroughly. He answered all our questions and also taught us many tips that would help with menu set up and delivery. We will come back to learn more items in future. Glad that we found them online and really recommend them to everyone. ~ Resika K
