I recently completed a 1-month Continental Cuisine course, and it was an excellent experience. The training was well-structured and practical, covering essential techniques like sauces, soups, salads, pasta, grills, and plating styles. The instructors were very knowledgeable and supportive, always guiding us step-by-step and helping us improve day by day. The kitchen environment was professional, and we got plenty of hands-on practice, which really boosted my confidence. I learned proper knife skills, food safety, and how to prepare classic Continental dishes with good presentation. Overall, this course was very helpful for building my cooking skills and preparing for a career in the culinary field. I completed two weeks of waiter training from here, during this two weeks of waiter training I gained the skills and confidence to work in any restaurant. The experience was incredibly valuable, and I can’t recommend a better place for anyone looking to become a waiter.
