The kitchen environment was professional, and we got plenty of hands-on practice, which really boosted my confidence. Me and my partner approached IHTS from Melbourne, Australia as we needed to learn specific recipes to start our new restaurant in the city. Balram sir promptly responded and created a tailored course for us. We were taught by Swatantra sir, who had great depth of knowledge and skills in Nepali and newari cuisine and was very patient with us learning thoroughly. He answered all our questions and also taught us many tips that would help with menu set up and delivery. We will come back to learn more items in future. I completed two weeks of waiter training from here, during this two weeks of waiter training I gained the skills and confidence to work in any restaurant. IHTS one of the best training centre where you can find best teacher's, clean and hygienic kitchen to prepare food, friendly environment, good staffs and teaches new techniques to prepare food, much better in taste as well as in look. Everything from pizza making , sandwich preparation and burger making is taught in a meticulous manner under the discretion of the chef which involves both theory and practical. House keeping classes involved all the basics of cleaning both theoretically and practically enabling us to be confident and well versed with hotel facilities.
